ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS
Some products are sold as pre-orders. Payment is taken at checkout, and your order ships by the date shown on the product page. We may cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, and will issue a full refund if we do.

PRICES
Prices are in USD and may change. Changes never affect orders already placed.

PET SAFETY
Always supervise your pet in the carrier. Maximum pet weight is 13 lbs (6 kg). The carrier is not a car seat or crash-tested travel restraint.
